MS4 Toolkit

Welcome to your new MS4 Education Toolkit! This toolkit was designed to help you educate citizens, businesses, municipal staff and elected officials in your community about non-point source water pollution. Within this toolkit you will find sample brochures, newsletter articles, posters, videos and more to help you teach people about water resource issues. For many of the education materials, you can also download an editable version, which you can modify to include information about your MS4 entity and locally specific water resource concerns.

Join now for full access to all of the resources in the MS4 Toolkit.

The MS4 Toolkit website is free, but you do need to register the first time you visit and then sign-in when you return. This is just for us to get an idea of who is using the toolkit and how often. Thanks!

If you like what you see, we strongly encourage you to fund the Clean Water MN Media Campaign in the future to ensure that we are able to expand and maintain this toolkit, in addition to using local and regional media outlets to conduct large-scale stormwater education for the general public.
